Terms and Conditions – zs111 Online Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zs111 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). They apply to all use of zs111.win and any associated mobile applications, services or content made available by zs111.

By completing registration, logging in, depositing funds or interacting with any part of the zs111 platform, you are expressly agreeing to these Terms. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on zs111. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and withholding of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zs111 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the support team immediately.

Account Verification

zs111 may request identity verification documents at any time, including when processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on zs111 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports a range of local payment methods designed to make depositing straightforward for Pakistani players:

zs111 does not accept deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder. Depositing on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from a third party, is not permitted and may lead to account suspension.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the zs111 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before the relevant bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• zs111 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or high-value withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the payments page. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but zs111 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Delays caused by payment providers are outside zs111's direct control.

If a withdrawal request is declined or held for review, zs111 will notify the player and explain the reason where permitted. Players should contact support if a withdrawal has not been processed within the indicated timeframe.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

zs111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback deals, sports betting promotions and seasonal offers tied to events such as PSL or international cricket series.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates.
• Bonuses are issued to verified accounts only. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address and per payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each offer.
• zs111 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting or breach of these Terms.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are later voided, refunded or cancelled may not count towards wagering requirements.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on zs111, including pre-match markets, live in-play betting, outright markets and accumulator bets across all sports including Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports:

• All bets are accepted and settled at zs111's sole discretion. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• zs111 reserves the right to void or suspend any market at any time in the event of suspected irregularities, data errors, or circumstances that render the market unresolvable.
• In-play bets are subject to a delay in acceptance. zs111 cannot guarantee the acceptance of any in-play bet and reserves the right to reject bets after this delay if market conditions have changed significantly.
• Results are settled based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Any subsequent changes to official results will be reflected in bet settlements where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing the bet.
• Accumulator bets involving selections from the same match or event that are correlated in outcome may be voided at zs111's discretion.
• For PSL and international cricket markets, results are determined by the official match result including super overs where applicable. Abandoned matches are settled in accordance with specific market rules displayed at the time of the event.

8 Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on zs111 — including those in the Live Casino section — use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes overseen by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action beyond the placement of a bet.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the individual game providers and are available within the game information panel for each title.
• Live Casino games are streamed in real time. Connection issues on the player's side that result in a disconnection during a live game round will be handled in accordance with the specific game provider's disconnection policy, which is displayed within each live game lobby.

• Progressive jackpot games have their own specific rules and payout structures which are detailed within the game itself. zs111 is not responsible for jackpot amounts, as these are managed by the game provider.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zs111 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner. Players who identify such issues are expected to report them to support rather than exploit them.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any financially fraudulent activity.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or making deposits on behalf of another person.
• Abusing the customer support team through offensive, threatening or harassing communication.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

zs111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be designated as dormant. zs111 will notify players before any dormancy policy is applied to their account balance.

If your account is suspended for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification process. Accounts suspended due to prohibited conduct or fraud may have balances withheld.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any eligible balance will be returned.

12 Limitation of Liability

zs111 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the platform is reliable, secure and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or complete freedom from errors.

• zs111 will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• zs111 is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failure or circumstances outside our control that prevent access to the platform during a live match or game session.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout being credited to a player's account, zs111 reserves the right to recover the incorrect amount. Players are not entitled to retain funds credited in error.
• zs111's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13 Privacy
